Lori Conley
Lori has been a Bit Player since 2022. She feels privileged to share the stage with such a talented, creative, and supportive troupe of actors and musicians. Lori is no stranger to performing. Since graduating with a BFA in acting (many moons ago) from Syracuse University, Lori has performed on stage, screen, and (back before podcasts) radio, where she wrote and broadcasted a triweekly fitness report for WNCN radio in NYC. For the last several years Lori has been an actor, theater instructor, audition coach, and director of plays and musicals in schools, conservatories, and professional theater companies throughout New England. A diehard fan of SNL and “Who’s Line…” Lori completed the Six Level Improv Training Program at the acclaimed Improv Asylum in Boston. Lori and her life partner Mark perform in a twangy alt country duo called Bourbon Renewal and have gigged with amazing musicians at venues in the Boston area and beyond. When not trodding the boards, Lori loves to travel, spend time with family and friends, and binge watch reality TV competition shows. Without question Lori’s proudest “production” is her son Jake who inspires her each and everyday. Lori credits her parents with giving her wings to fly, and firmly believes that you should “Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars!
